The Natasha Watley Foundation
The Natasha Watley Foundation is 501C3 a nonprofit organization that champions young girls through character, community, and competition. We provide programs for girls in historically marginalized communities to expose them to the beautiful game of softball. The organization was founded in 2009 by 2X Olympian, Natasha Wately, and has served more than 3000 girls throughout Southern California. By leveraging the intrinsic power of softball, community, and our 4 points of the diamond curriculum, participants build confidence, softball skills, and life skills necessary to become leader of tomorrow.
Investing in the women that lead and the girls that learn.
- Develop confidence and self worth in our players and coaches
- Increase awareness of the sport of softball in all communities, especially communities you’ve historically been denied access to the sport
- Teach players to advocate for themselves and their peers
