WHY WE NEED THE NATASHA WATLEY FOUNDATION

The Four Points of the Diamond are NWF’s core values of discipline, dedication, dignity, and duty. The Four Points are instilled in the girls through mentoring, role modeling, and a structured curriculum that focuses on inspiring girls to become leaders of character in the community. Girls will be exposed to sportsmanship principles, team-building, and sports discipline to have impact in other aspects of their maturing process.
Community
Community connection is core to our program. By leveraging Coach-Mentors, Community Partners, and College Athletes, we empower girls to get connected to leaders in their community. Our focus is to invest in the women that lead and the girls that learn.
Competition
Introducing the game of softball to girls age 15 and under who may have not opportunity or interest in engaging in softball previously. We help the girls learn the fundamentals of the game of softball so that they become confident in their play.
